Its hard and takes a lot of practice…so I’d get some friends together and tell them they’ll be eating cake courtesy of you and your experiments for the next few weeks
Practice makes perfect.
Be sure the cake is fully cooled (even freeze it for a few hours) before you frost it. If you have a turntable, be sure you spin it evenly and steadily as you frost and decorate or you’ll be uneven. Good luck.
